This is such a great place to stay! I felt safe and well cared for in this hotel. The breakfast crew was so welcoming and fun! A big shout out to Roger, Richard, Shanel, and Anjali for their fun attitudes and help every morning! The location is great, with just a short tube ride to get anywhere in the city from Earl’s Court Station.

I don’t usually do reviews just because I have better things to do but this place was really great. The people who worked there were all very pleasant and accommodating. Everything was very clean from our room to the lobby to the dining area. The breakfast selection was great and tasted amazing. As for location, it was in a lovely area with about a 30 minute walk to the Museum of Nature & Science but also just a fun area to walk around in with tons of cute shops to explore and such a wide range of places to eat. Free mini bar items in the room may not sound like much but are also that added little extra touch that make you think sweeeet!! An iron & ironing board in the closet were also most useful and saved me time trying to hunt them down.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Indigo Kensington with my wife and our baby girl. We couldn’t have felt more comfortable or welcome during our stay. The accommodations were exceptional and the location was convenient to the tube. But where they really shined was their staff. Every morning we had an amazing breakfast in their restaurant and they were so kind - especially with our 18 month old daughter. The whole staff was incredible but Chanel and Roger really made the trip for us. They were so kind, friendly, and hospitable and my daughter loved seeing them every morning. Not every hotel is half as kid friendly as this place! This was a major highlight of our trip and we can’t wait to stay there again next time we’re in London.

Title: A Truly Memorable Anniversary Stay We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo and couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel special. The surprise they prepared for our anniversary was thoughtful, elegant, and genuinely touching — a detail we will never forget. The room was beautifully presented, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was rich and varied, with high-quality options and warm, attentive service. Every member of staff greeted us with a smile and sincere professionalism. The location is excellent, making everything easy and enjoyable. A perfect blend of charm, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality — truly five stars.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff great (especially Roger during breakfast) and the location very handy. The room was a little small but the bathroom made up for it. All in all, love to go back.

We were in London for 3 nights and lived in this hotel. We booked family room with extra bed for 2 adults and one kid. Before arrival, we were a bit uncertain because we saw some reviews about the basement room and old building etc. But everything turns out to be just great for us. (1) we got a room on the second floor. The room is very spacious (can fly an indoor boomerang-my son tested it) (2) the hotel is clean, cozy and stylish (3) the staff at both reception and restaurant are great. We met Anjali and Rouier and they are so friendly and sweet. We even got doggy bags for our breakfast on the last day because of an early flight to catch (4) we have to mention the breakfast and they are great! The continental breakfast has so many options. The English breakfast menu is so delicious (the bacon and sausage are really good). (5) location is great. The tube station is just around the corner. We saw bus stations close by as well. (6) some small issues: the room floor has a squeak sound. Our room is facing the street and we heard the traffic sometimes during the night. We definitely had a great stay and will come back if we come to London again!

Lovely, warm welcoming hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent and the showers are hot. Their staff are all great - respond to any issues immediately and are friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed here a few times; it’s ideally located for so many places as it’s just a minute from Earl’s Court tube station. Overall a great experience each time.

This hotel was really cute. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious and the staff was very friendly. We added the breakfast package and definitely worth it. The staff was also very accommodating. Lots of good food options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
